Need help with In Passing: Leave Memories?

Email [email protected].

In Passing is developed by Dharshan Bellie.

When reporting a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but please hide private information. Never send passwords or payment-card details.

How do I open something I saved?

Return near the place where it was saved and open it in the app. If you have just saved something and are still nearby, you can open it immediately—you do not need to leave and return.

If the app cannot confirm your location, check that location access and Precise Location are enabled for In Passing in your iPhone’s Settings. Location reception may improve outdoors or near a window.

Remote starter content stays sealed until you are nearby.

What does the free version include?

Free access includes five active personal places, with unlimited contributions within those places.

Photo, video, note and audio contributions are supported.

What does Lifetime unlock?

Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited personal places and contributions. It is not a subscription. The app displays the price for your App Store region before purchase.

Both Free and Lifetime include five lifetime remote starter destinations. Purchasing Lifetime does not increase or replenish this separate allowance. Deleting content does not replenish it either.

How do I restore Lifetime?

Open Settings in In Passing, open the Lifetime purchase screen and tap Restore purchases.

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If access does not update, check your internet connection and try Refresh access and price.

Restoring purchases restores Lifetime access. It does not restore photos, videos, notes or audio.

Where is my content stored?

Your personal content is stored locally within the app on your device. In Passing does not currently provide its own content-sync or media-recovery service.
